Deskripsi Tugas :
  • In-charge of the daily function of Finance & Accounts Department.
  • Ensure accounting records prepared are comply with accounting standards, statutory acts, legal and tax requirements.
  • Prepare and monitor annual budget and cashflow projection.
  • Monitor daily cashflow ensure to meet all payment obligation.
  • Review, develop, and improve internal control system, policies and procedures of the company.
  • To liaise with Auditors, tax agent, bankers, Lawyers and other agencies on respective matters.
  • Finalise monthly management accounts and others financial related reports for submission to Head Office.
  • Credit Control - monitor debts collection to ensure on time payment.
  • Monthly payroll, submission of monthly EPF contribution, Socso, EIS and tax.
  • Assist on implementation of ISO certification.
  • General office administration matters.
  • To assist on operation matters as and when required.
  • Any other tasks as required from time to time.
