  • Answer telephones and take messages.
  • Invoice processing
  • Processing expense requests
  • Credit control
  • Cash book maintenance
  • Maintaining the company purchase
  • Liaising with third party providers clients
  • Basic administration
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
  • Managing Payroll
  • Pay KWSP, SOCSO, PERKESO, SST and Income Tax
  • Pay company bill
  • Issue cheque
  • Entering financial information into appropriate software program (Autocount) & SQL
  • Prepare account document to submitted to auditor
  • Mananging day to day transaction
  • Managing monthly budget
  • Posting daily receipts
  • Preparing annual budgets
  • Reporting on debtors and creditors
  • Managing monthly budgeting tasks
  • Encoding accounting entries for data processing
  • Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts
  • Manage annual leave, medical leave and attandance records.
  • Communicate with clients, employees and othe individuals to answer question.
  • Disseminate or explain information, take oders and address complaints.
