Permohonan adalah dipelawa daripada Warganegara Malaysia yang berkelayakan untuk berkhidmat di Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd (SESB) bagi jawatan bertaraf Tetap / Kontrak seperti berikut :1. PEGAWAI UNDANG-UNDANG (KONTRAK)
Maklumat & Syarat Permohonan
- Warganegara Malaysia;
- Memiliki IjazahSarjana Muda dalam bidang Perundangan dari institusi pengajian tinggi yangdiiktiraf oleh Kerajaan Malaysia atau setaraf dengannya;
- Lulus dengan kepujian dalammata pelajaran Bahasa Malaysia (termasuk Ujian Lisan) padaperingkat Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM); dan
- Calon yang mempunyai pengalaman kerjasekurang-kurangnya tiga (3) tahun dalam bidang berkaitan akan diberi keutamaan.
Bidang Tugas
Bahagian Single Buyer
- To draft and review Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) or Service Level Agreement (SLA) and other ancillary agreements.
- To monitor compliance with legal requirements under power purchase, cross-border or interconnection transactions and ancillary agreements.
- To analyze legal issues arising from operationalization of Power Purchase Agreement, Service Level Agreement, Sabah and Labuan Grid Code, Single Buyer Rules and other legal ancillary related to energy procurement for further improvement.
- To provide legal opinion on PPA/SLA and fuel related matters Independent Power Plant or SESB generation projects.
- To monitor changes to the gas regulation framework and regulatory framework relating to energy procurement and the power industry.
- To assist in reviewing existing agreements and compile inputs and opinions on any operational issues relating to the executed agreements for improvement purposes.
- To ensure that any arising dispute under any agreement conforms to the specified dispute resolution mechanisms under the agreement and manage efficiently.
- To assist in reviewing the legal aspects of memo/letter/board paper/bidding/tender documents.To assist and coordinate with internal and external lawyers in dispute resolution process.
- To assist in ensuring compliance with process flow.
Bahagian Sumber Manusia
- To issue Surat Pertuduhan against the Orang Kena Tuduh for Domestic Inquiry proceedings.
- To do prosecution for Domestic Inquiry proceedings.
- To manage and liaise with prosecution witnesswitnesses for Domestic Inquiry.
- Assisting Senior Manager in reviewing of SESBdisciplinary process and procedure and any other relevant circulars from timeto time.
- Assisting Senior Manager to organize refreshercourse for Jentera Tindakan Tatatertib SESB and any preventive programmes forSESB staff.
- To provide advice (where necessary) to SeniorManager and General Manager (Human Resource) on the disciplinary cases proceedingsand employment related acts and law/HR practices.
- Preparedisciplinary cases reports.
- Toattend appeal meeting as and when required.
Bahagian Perkhidmatan Korporat
- Advising company on all related legal matters.
- Liasing with relevant regulatory bodies externalcounsel on legal matters.
- Drafting &vetting contracts and variousdocuments.
- Handle dispute resolution matters.
- Participate in various department duties such asaudit, budget review and administrative matters.
