Gaji : RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00

Deskripsi Tugas :
  • Responsible to replenishment for domestic and international order processing timely and promptly
  • Review daily order movement and negotiate with vendors to meet our requirement
  • Responsible for the preparation and process of all PO according to the requirement and specification given
  • Handle entire operational process in purchasing department involve PO, follow up on delivery, update shipping documents and other activities related to purchasing
  • Monitor stock inventory levels and identify purchasing needs
  • Developing and executing purchasing plan, strategies and control
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery especially on our best 100 items
  • Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
  • Prepare cost analysis
  • Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
  • Follow up with suppliers/ vendors, as needed, to confirm or change orders
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
  • As needed attend to ad-hoc task assigned by Superior
