Deskripsi Tugas :

HR Assistant
  • To assist in recruitment.
  • To complete submission of new staff details (application forms, bank account and copy of IC) to HR before training starts or commencement of work.
  • Staff movement (newly recruit, resign & transfer) for filing.
  • Report on salary/allowance discrepancy from outlets and email to HQ.
  • Handle JTK issues – apply permit for new outlets, submit document and attend JTK’s queries after their audit.
  • Prepare document (appointment letter, application form, permit etc) to keep in outlets as required by JTK.
  • Draft organization chart.
  • Arrange & liaise with medical clinic for staff’s Typhoid (kk town) – new staff & renewal.
  • Ensure safety & health compliance with mandatory regulations.
  • Record & investigate incidents to determine causes and assist staff’s compensation claims from SOCSO.

Admin Assistant
  • Responsible to apply new and renewal of Licenses (Premise License and Trading License)
  • Apply utilities for new outlet (Electricity and Water).
  • Keep all Tenancy Agreement and liaise with Finance department for any late payment of rental.
  • Responsible to liaise with HQ for FOSIM certificate for new outlets and renewal.
  • Manage travel arrangements.
  • Courier service – to received and send out document.
  • Track stock of office and pantry supplies and place order when necessary.
  • Compile invoices to Finance dept for payment.
  • Keep track of utility bills for outlets (Electricity and Water) to avoid disconnection.
  • Order Fire Extinguisher for new outlets and liaise with supplier for renewal.
