Deskripsi Tugas :
  • Patrolling APS, Exit, Entrance & surrounding every 1 to 2 hours and report situation.
  • Collect ticket from exit station start (12:00pm to 10:30pm)
  • Responsible for ensuring car park is under control conditions and make a report if encounter any issue which will affect the operation
  • Responsible for the security of cash money transactions during operation hours.
  • Handle customer services issues with great attitude and responsibilities
  • Reports incidents of vandalism or other disturbances to the Police Department
  • Balances revenue to cashier reports, report any discrepancies (lost tickets, gate malfunctions, cash shortages, etc.)
  • Manually lift gate for vehicles if the gate is not functioning properly
  • Verify ticket opening and closing numbers for issuance during shift
  • Count change fund cashier bank at beginning of shift to ensure starting total is accurate and sign off on total, cover cashier.
  • Provide direction and assistance to guests as needed.
  • Perform ad-hoc job assigned by supervisor.
  • Ensure cleanliness of Car Park including the entrance and exit points.
  • Inspect all equipment are functioning well including lightings at Car Park areas etc.
  • Report any faulty or breakdown of parking equipment to Car Park Executive.
  • Recording of all manual-open transactions, if any.
  • Act as traffic controller during peak hours to disperse and direct traffic.
  • To assist in any other matter related to Car Park in the building requested by the Management.
