- Responsible to welcome and greet guests.
- Responsible for room reservations, proper room allocation and the issuance of room keys.
- Responsible to register, check guest in/out and related Front Office Operations.
- Responsible to provide accurate information about local attractions and services.
- Responsible to communicate and liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints made by guests.
- Responsible to maintain a neat and orderly front desk and reception area.
- Responsible to clean all assigned capsules, rooms and public area including: dusting, making beds, soiled linen removal from capsules, trash removal and polishing.
- Responsible to maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Responsible to update and record all cleaned rooms.
- Ensure that all activities under your charge are performed in the most effective and efficient manner.
