Deskripsi Tugas :
  • Prepared and sending invoices and statements to customers.
  • Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of the final bill.
  • Chasing and tracking payment from debtor then update Official Receipt (OR).
  • Resolved dispute on invoice and payment.
  • Fixing billing errors by issuing debit and credit memos.
  • Prepared quotations for client.
  • Get Purchase Order from clients upon confirm order.
  • Answer and respond emails, calls and message from client and top management.
  • Maintain and organize records of Sales, Payment and Purchase order.
  • Ensuring that client information details are kept up-to-date.
  • Handling clients' account queries.
  • Initiating new procedures for billing.
  • Other duties as assigned.
