Deskripsi Tugas :
  • Provide customer support by answering inbound queries and complaints via emails, phone calls, and chat requests in a timely manner 
  •  Escalate any customer issues or complaints to the appropriate parties within the company where necessary 
  •  Identify trends in customer feedback and proactively offer solutions or improvements to these trends 
  • Maintain knowledge of all products offered by company 
  • Resolve queries and complaints as quickly as possible 
  • Develop relationships with key in customers who are influential in the market
  • Keep records of all customer contact in system 
  • Follow company policies with respect to privacy and data protection 
  • Ensure that all customer interaction are handle in line with company standards 
  • Follow up any outstanding item after the customer has been contacted 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers after resolution of an issue to ensure that they are happy with the outcome 
  • Promote company's products and services to customers 
  • Assist in training and development other team members
