Deskripsi Kerja :
  • Responsible for the control and issuance of buggies to players;
  • Receive buggy chits and to ensure that all chit received are valid and supported with payment before issuing out buggy to players;
  • To record down buggy number on buggy chit and to maintain a proper registration of all buggies issued out daily in a record book;
  • To ensure all chits issued daily are reconciled with Finance Department to avoid any discrepancy;
  • To advice players on conditions of play – Buggy On Track / Buggy On Course.
  • Direct golfing traffic to eliminate delay in the movement of play (Control speed of play);
  • Observation of play during competitions/tournaments.
  • To decide whether a member gets a raincheck or whether visitors get a raincheck on green fees.
  • To communicate with superior/management should there be any problems with players, buggies, or grounds and to make sure that players are conducting themselves in an according manner, i.e. reckless handling of buggy by players and to take photographs as evidence to support;
  • Perform course maintenance duties if required, i.e. filling of divots and others related and to ensure sandbox are full at all times;
  • To report to superior/management on any complaints and/or suggestions made by the players;
  • Work together with Sport & Recreation Department during golf tournaments / event as and when required;
