Deskripsi Tugas :
  • Developing and enforce security policies to ensure a safe environment for employees and visitors.
  • To recruit, select and train security personnel to ensure that they are adequately trained and competent to perform their duties.
  • Coordinating work schedules of all security personnel to ensure a secure environment at all times.
  • Periodically review security guards’ performance.
  • To represent security department as one of the Company’s safety committees.
  • Monitors all unusual activities in and around the factory that would impair the well being of visitors and employees.
  • To ensure that all security personnel have the required uniform/equipment to undertake their duties in a professional manner.
  • To complete security risk assessments on an annual basis and as and when required.
  • To liaise with local law enforcement authorities and emergency services.
  • Responsible for planning, developing and implementing security plans, security program.
  • Monitors and evaluates unit performance on key security issues and programs, recommends corrective action programs.
  • Assumes other responsibilities as assigned.
