Housekeeping
- Response to customer calls from Room Service promptly for any assistance such as cleaning services.
- Ensure (Check out) cleanliness and perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and sanitizing especially entertainment rooms, room hallways, corridors and common areas.
- Maintains inventory of necessary supplies and ensure all the cleaning equipment are kept in designated area.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of Customers.
- Customers privacy should be kept confidential.
- Understand and adheres the housekeeping procedures provided.
- Notify Superior immediately of any property damages, faulty equipment or necessary repairs.
- Found items should be reported and hand over to Superior immediately for record and safekeeping purposes.
- Perform deep cleanings when required (spring cleaning).
- To ensure the normal electricity and water supply.
- Assist and collaborate with the team member for any assistance required.
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing uniform.
Maintenance
- To ensure the electronic devices and furniture are well maintained with good condition.
- Examine and test machinery, equipment, components, and for defects to ensure proper functioning for all asset company.
- General maintenance, example: lighting point and socket maintenance, air conditioning, scrapper and etc.
- Perform basic repairs on non- mechanical equipment.
