Deskripsi Tugas :
Job Responsibilities
- Managing the whole spectrum of HR including recruitment, retention, remuneration, compensation & benefits, manpower planning and worker discipline.
- Responsible for monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with company procedures, leave updates accurately, terminations and all the statutory processes, arranging payment submission on time for all monthly PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and HRDF.
- Responsible for monitoring, preparing and checking all the monthly payroll reporting and prepare the yearly payroll reporting (Form E) and staffs EA Form in a timely manner.
- Assist in co-ordination of social and recreational activities of all employees.
- Handling foreign worker's work pass application and renewal.
- Responsible for staff training and development, performing the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and training evaluation.
- Liaise with relevant Government Agencies including Labour Department, Immigration Department, Inland Revenue Board, Pembangunan Sumber Manusia etc.
- Any Ad hoc tasks given by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in related field
- Good knowledge in Sabah Ordinance Act and Malaysia Employment Act
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentially
- Good communicator and able to interact with all levels in the organsation
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel and UBS Payroll software
