- To observe and record client’s behaviour.
- To understand and represent client well.
- To create and evaluate customised care plans and to coordinate with senior staff.
- To maintain reports of client’s records, and monitor changes in their condition.
- To carry out the prerequisite procedures.
- Check stock on a regular basis to maintain inventory level and to replace orders when required.
- To adhere to the approved protocols, norms, rules and regulations in order to maintain complete records.
- To ensure that hygienic working environment is in compliance with the approved protocols.
- To prepare rooms, and decontaminating biomedical devices and instruments.
- To prepare clients for examinations and procedures.
- To assist senior staff during consultations.
- To be knowledgeable in the use of biomedical devices.
- Able to travel on official duties as assigned by the Company.
- All other reasonable duties as directed by the relevant reporting officers or their designate.
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field especially health related field
- Previous job experience in Healthcare industry will be added advantage
- Customer care and service minded
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate
- Spoken and Written Mandarin skill is a must.
- Multilingual (English and Bahasa Malaysia)
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
- Alam Mesra, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
Working Hours:
- 5-day work week
- 9.00AM-6.00PM with 1 hour lunch break
