Deskripsi Kerja :

Job Description :

• To coordinate and arrange delivery of finished goods
• To issue all sales-related documents, namely Invoice, Delivery Order, Pro-forma Invoice, Credit Note, Debit Note, Sales Order, etc.
• Prepare sales-related reports to provide relevant and timely information Mobilize sales-related document distributions
• Filing arrangement of all sales-related offline and online documents
• Receive walk-in customer
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Reply and provide feedback for online inquiries
• Perform all administrative tasks in the Sales team

Requirement :

• Possess at least a Diploma in any other related field
• Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in a related field
• Background in Manufacturing in-house sales will be added advantage
• Experience using Autocount and Ms Office will be added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Malay.
