Deskripsi Kerja :
Responsibilities:
  • To lead and manage the QC Department to comply with clauses in ISO 9001:2015 and achieve Quality Policy, Quality Objectives and Safety Standards.
  • To establish, implement and maintain Quality Plan, procedures, work instructions, inspection check list and specification.
  • To ensure the operational work processes are meeting the quality specifications as per QMS and Customer requirements.
  • To investigate, analyze, identify and resolve quality related problems, customer complaint and recommend solutions for continual quality improvement.
  • To propose ways to improve production processes.
  • To plan and execute quality improvement plans on quality workflow based on the corrective and preventive actions of customers’ complaints.
  • To liaise with Production Department on product improvement plan, test and evaluations.
  • To manage and control of non-conforming products from release to customers.
  • To follow-up and ensure on the Internal Rejection, Corrective Action Request (CARs) including root cause investigation and effectiveness of corrective actions.
  • To seek new in-process testing and methods to improve the product quality and minimize the products rejection and rework.
  • To develop and conduct in-house training to build the quality and safe work in the factory.
  • To train, manage and support subordinates so that high level of morale and good working attitude be maintained which would result in higher productivity, cost reduction, and better efficiency.
  • To perform any other task assigned by HOD.

Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in chemistry, Manufacturing, Food, Science, and equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years experience in the related field.
  • Familiar with, ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulation will be added advantage.
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and problem solving skill.
  • Able to work collaboratively and as part of a team.
  • Interpersonal skills and multi-tasking ability
