Deskripsi Tugas :
  • Plan and execute mechanical maintenance activities including civil works within the plant and maintain all mechanical equipment in good running condition and available for operation as per manufacturer’s recommendations / best practice / regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and recommend services, tools and spare parts availability for maintenance works.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
  • Develop a plan preventive maintenance schedule, ensure full preventive maintenance is carried out and lead the team to deliver effectively.
  • Responsible for executing maintenance and servicing works as per scheduled and inspection tasks.
  • Responsible for executing assigned mechanical corrective action works related to the priority of the business. Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns.
  • Responsible as a team member to make sure 24-hour cover for on call corrective maintenance as required. Committed to response for any ‘off hour” emergency work (as soon as possible).
  • Plan & carry out the team to carry out troubleshooting works
  • Execute and Implement P&P and maintain compliance to relevant statutory regulations/requirements.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment in compliance with standard work, mechanical codes and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Maintain records of mechanical PM’s and CM’s as well as scheduled and work order feedback including simple report or comments in CMMS.
  • Mechanical technical knowledge by attending technical related training.
  • Evaluate external contractor/vendors service contract agreement and prepare the necessary documents for management approval.
  • Monitor the 3rd party contractor/vendor to ensure they perform their work within the time frame and as per scope/specification.
  • Manage contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements.
  • Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environment policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and contractor.
  • Monitor the maintenance performance in compliance with the Energy Commission, Legal & Statutory requirements and our obligations to the government under the contractual agreements (PPA, CSA, GSA, FSA, OMA, ISO and financing documents).
  • Carry out EHS activities within the plant
  • Implement and maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
  • Assist to prepare department’s budget.
  • Monitor and maintain budget to be within the department’s approved budget
  • Monitor and review staff job scope, performance, competency and career development and succession planning.
  • Promote knowledge enrichment culture by having regular knowledge sharing session.
  • Participate and support Succession Planning program initiated by the company.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders with the attainment of company’s development plan and investments.
  • Manage, plan, operate and maintain the asset to meet availability

  • Indentifying and managing risk to minimize asset exposure
  • Monitor the Company’s risk management system, policies and procedures on effectiveness of risk identification and mitigation to minimize the risk in the most possible and effective way.
