Subject to the supervision and pursuant to the orders, advice and direction of the Company, Employee shall perform the duties and responsibilities of an Admin & Account Executive in Sabah. Employee will report to, and be under the supervision of Business Development Department.
Job Description:
- Order and Purchase of office supplies including stationery, pantry supplies and other amenities
- Maintain office equipment including but not limited to photocopier, fax and scanner, ensuring all are in good working condition and arranging for maintenance/repair as when necessary.
- Assist in maintaining payroll systems & records
- Verify & process salary adjustments/increments, commission & payroll calculations.
- Ensure proper filing and records for all documentations, claims and all correspondences in a systematic manner.
- Maintain transaction & responsible daily transaction & report in Accounting system as well as quick cash flow & petty cash in excel sheet for the companies
- Prepare outgoing payment and any payment request as well as cheque & remittance application i.e. telegraphic transfer and payment voucher.
- Issue cheques and letters / documents required for financial purpose
- Dealing with payment received, preparation of cheques, suspense account & etc.
- Prepare the daily funds bank reconciliation
- Issuing payment & receipts to supplier
- Handling Director's & staffs' claims and necessary works required for accounts matter
- Knowledge of SST is an advantage
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior as when required.
