Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Issue delivery orders based on sales orders submitted by sales team.
- Issue invoices for all goods and services provided to the customers.
- Promote and sell all company products and services to the best of your ability (only when required).
- Collect and bank in all cash, cheques and credit card received from the customers (only when required).
- Check and verify all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Key all incoming and outgoing records into the computerized system.
- Keep a complete and current set of stock record for the business unit.
- Conduct monthly physical stock check at the end of each calendar month.
- Report any discrepancy in the inventory or business operations to the Management.
- Assist your superior with the monitoring and collection of due and overdue accounts.
- Review computer printouts against manual records and make necessary corrections.
- Conduct leave application for store's staff.
- Prepare sales team's claim and submit to HR for verification.
- Oversee housekeeping and maintain a clean office environment.
- Perform other related duties as and when assigned.
