Deskripsi Tugas :
  • Maintain office operational.
  • Enable field managers work smoothly without interruption.
  • Handle administrative work (filling system properly maintain).
  • Monitor and arrange collection schedule for collection and monitor truck license expiry date and ensure lorry in good condition.
  • Weighing of incoming wastes for KA, CRR & internal and issuance of weight ticket.
  • Answering call – Attend to enquiries and take message.
  • Preparing all documentation for submission to HQ and monitoring the document trail.
  • Update and monitor attendance & Staff work activities.
  • Create master data portal and register new customer and creating SWTTA (Schedule Waste Transportation and Treatment Agreement).
  • Support and communicate with Logistic Department during wastes transfer and unloading to avoid truck cancellation.
  • Prepare monthly collection report and sales report.
  • Any other job functions as instructed by the superior from time to time.
