  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability
  • Process customer orders and ensure that they are accurately and efficiently fulfilled
  • Upsell products and services to customers as appropriate
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, and stay up-to-date on any changes or updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
  • Document customer interactions and actions are taken in our customer relationship management system
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
