Deskripsi Tugas :
  • Drives the team members to carry out their extensive missions within Sabah Malaysia.
  • Drives different type of ICRC light vehicles by strictly following internal security and Malaysian traffic rules.
  • Capable to driving extended periods of time up to maximum allowable hours.
  • Provides safe and secure trips to transport people and material to various places where ICRC carries out activities.
  • Constantly monitors security conditions on the road..
  • Follow ICRC logistics procedures and tasks (car service, logbook, monthly reporting to administration, etc.).
  • Check vehicle equipment, general functioning and body condition and ensures that it is kept fueled and clean inside and out.
  • Ensure that good are stored inside the vehicle according to local, international and ICRC safety standard and follow the maximum standard of loading weight of vehicles.
  • Immediately report to manager in the event of a mechanical problem, missing equipment, or accidents.
  • Provides cleaning/housekeeping services at ICRC office based on the schedule by the supervisor.
  • Informs his/her supervisor about any issues regarding the premises (materials needed to carry out duties, damaged furniture or premises, etc.).
  • Supports maintenance and other colleagues in various manual tasks when assigned to the office.
