Deskripsi Tugas :
  • Overall in charge of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions and lead a team of QC Inspectors to carry out quality inspections as per instructions.
  • Responsible to check the specification of drawings or production’s requirement on the Work Order before proceed to production.
  • Responsible to ensure that all finished products are processed and inspected as per planned arrangement.
  • Report any non-conformity to Production Engineer or Production Supervisor.
  • Responsible to generate Non-conforming Report (NCR) in the event of non-conformity found in the in-coming material or products.
  • Responsible to register/record of RPM in the production floor.
  • Responsible in scheduling of calibration of measuring and monitoring equipment to ensure that all the equipment are in the excellent service condition.
  • Responsible to continuously identify, evaluate, initiate, establish and implement methods to reduce or eliminate risk of defects and non-attainment of specified requirements
  • Responsible to perform periodic testing according to the requirements of SIRIM Product Certification Scheme.
  • Co-ordinate on the job and cross training for new personnel and other cross-functional departments’ workers.
  • Responsible to generate Monthly QA/QC Report.
