Deskripsi Tugas :
  • Your duties may include but is not limited to meeting and greeting guests.
  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
  • Taking and entering bookings into the system.
  • Assigning rooms and issuing keys.
  • Processing guest payments and managing bills.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Handling guest requests.
  • Managing online and phone reservations.
  • Handling guests complaints and respond to guests complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information about hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities.
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
  • Ensure accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated.
  • Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests needs.
  • Communicate with guests to better understand their individual needs to provide them the best service possible.
  • Ensure all guest details are complete and updated in the system.
  • Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy.
  • Maintenance of all inventories of necessary forms, stationeries and related office suppliers required and preparation for requisitions of purchase order as needed.
