Deskripsi Tugas :
  • 1. Ensure High level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • 2. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • 3. Maintain fully stocked store.
  • 4. Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability.
  • 5. Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
  • 6. Welcome and greet customers.
  • 7. Manager point-of-sale processes.
  • 8. Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments.
  • 9. Keep up to date with product information.
  • 10. Accurately describe product features and benefits.
  • 11. Comply and adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures.
  • 12. Arranging window displays.
  • 13. Handling customer complaints or handover customers to the Management.
  • 14. Promote store cards or special offers.
  • 15. Co-operate with other staff as and when required.
  • 16. Responsible for the security within the store and being on the lookout for shoplifter and fraudulent credit card, etc.
  • 17. Making phone calls to customers to follow up on customers' needs.
  • 18. To perform any other tasks and duties as and when assigned by immediate superior.
