Deskripsi Tugas :
- Responsible for the daily management and accounting of the warehouse;
- Responsible for the delivery of goods, do a first-in-first-out, see the order for material/delivery, carefully approve the documents, and ensure the accuracy of the goods delivery data;
- On-site materials should be marked, indicating the manufacturer, quantity, date of entry and exit and other relevant information;
- Cooperate with the completion of monthly inventory work, ensure that accounts, objects and cards are consistent, and find the reasons for inventory differences and solve them in time;
- Responsible for checking the inbound and outbound data in the ERP system, and uploading relevant reports after confirmation;
- Responsible for weighing and weighing data processing of floor scales, as well as accounting processing, tracking and checking of bulk raw materials;
- Inspect and supervise outsourcing operations, and report problems in a timely manner;
