Deskripsi Tugas :
  • Perform front desk task such as manage patients and dentist appointment, reception task and filling invoices.
  • Able to Upsell products & services
  • Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
  • Update patient’s tracking list system
  • Maintain confidentiality of all dentist, staff and patient information.
  • Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reviewing and routing customer service email and reply messages
  • Keep record files updated
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
